The Momentum Planners aren't just planners — they're built on the Momentum Planning Method. What they do better than any other planner is that they center your goals and most important projects rather than letting your schedule drive your priorities.

They're designed to be used in three different but complementary ways:

  1. You can print them and fill them out by hand.

  2. You can fill them out on your computers and tablets and just use them digitally.

  3. You can mix and match #1 and #2: you may want to digitally fill and print out this year and quarter's planners because they'll remain pretty stable, then print out blank weekly planners to fill by hand at the shop or Monday morning.

The flexibility of #3 is baked into the product through-and-through. Sometimes you need more momentum scaffolding and may use the daily planners every day. Other times, you're good with the weekly and monthly guardrails, so only use those.

Our customers regularly report that the Momentum Planners help them:

  1. complete large, long-term projects like finishing , launching new efforts, or coordinating team projects over two quarters.

  2. balance personal and work priorities or see that they need to be okay with being “imbalanced” for a time horizon.

  3. see how even small amounts of sustained effort over time really adds up.

  4. carve out more time for their priorities instead of letting other people's priorities get their best time and attention.

  5. celebrate their progress and wins rather than feeling demotivated by a wall of unfinished tasks and work.

The secret to the Momentum Planning Method is that it keeps you coming back to what matters. You can only drift and get distracted by bright, shiny objects or the drama du jour for so long before you see it and can steer yourself back on a course that makes sense.

The Momentum Planning Bundle is the most and popular starting point for new customers. This bundle gives you the tool, a course that helps you really lock in the Momentum Planning Method, and a workbook designed to help you plan out and complete the projects that matter most.
