Ingredients

  • ½ Cup Almond Milk
  • ½ Cup Old Fashioned Oats
  • ¼ Cup Fresh Berries
  • ½ Tablespoon Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Flaxseed
  • ½ Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • ⅛ Teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  1. In a mason jar or airtight container, add oats, flaxseed, brewer's yeast, chia seeds, and cinnamon.
  2. Stir in yogurt, nut butter, vanilla extract, and honey/maple syrup. Add the milk last.
  3. Mix well until fully combined.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
  5. In the morning, stir again and top with banana slices or berries.
