Many of the goals we set, which involve change, involve us trying to undo actions we have taken in the past. Your past actions made you into who you currently are. So, if you're trying to change who you are in some way, you be trying to undo some of the actions you have done.

You could be trying to undo the times you chose to head to the pub instead of the gym after work. Or the times you chose to watch on the couch instead of scheduling a call with friends who live far away. Or the late-night meals you ordered.

This is the same idea, but from a different direction: What actions will you take today that you will want to undo ?
