OnePlus 13 users can now take better low-light pictures with Instagram’s in-app camera

OnePlus has announced a new feature for the OnePlus 13 users that lets them take better low-light pictures with Instagram’s in-app camera.

This feature builds on the Night Mode of OnePlus 13’s native Camera app, and the brand teamed up with Instagram to bring it to Instagram’s camera, allowing its users to take better night shots from within Instagram without compromising on the quality or switching between apps.

How does the OnePlus 13’s Night Mode work inside Instagram?

• Make sure you are using the latest version of Instagram’s app.
• Open Instagram’s camera.
• When it gets dark, a Moon icon indicating that the night mode has been activated will appear at the top.
• When the Moon icon appears, tap the camera shutter button and hold the phone steady for a few seconds. And that’s it.

OnePlus didn’t reveal its plans to make the Night Mode work with Instagram’s camera on its other devices, but the brand said that it is “committed to turning your feedback into features that actually elevate your daily scroll” and “more exciting updates are on the horizon.”
